A one-woman play performed by San Francisco native Christina Augello (a woman with 30 years of theatrical experience under her belt), this is the story of the real-life Bertha Thompson and her hard and colourful life on the road as a hobo and prostitute in the Dirty 30s. Accompanied by era-specific music performed live by Jack (Applejack) Walroth, this one sounds substantial, moving, and informative.
